Return window

You may return items within 14 days from delivery. Items must be new and unused, in original packaging.

What we accept

Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective items. Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window.

Restocking fee

There is no restocking fee (none ($0)).

Return method

Returns are completed by drop-off at a USPS or UPS carrier location. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case BookSunrise covers return shipping.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@booksunrise.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
3. Drop your return at a USPS or UPS location with the prepaid label (for damaged/defective items) or a label of your choice (other returns).

Refund time

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed in up to 30 days after the return is received and inspected, to original payment method, in USD.
