Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change an order before it ships.
Free cancellation before shipping
You may cancel any order at no cost as long as it has not yet been packed. Email contact@booksunrise.shop with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund any payment in full.
After your order ships
Once an order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it. You may still return the items under our Return & Refund Policy.
Modifying an order
To change an address or update items, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the change before processing begins.
