Returns

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window. Please contact us first at contact@booksunrise.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

How to Start a Return

  2. 2We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
  4. 4Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in U.S. Dollars (USD) within up to 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. No restocking fees apply. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
