How to Cancel an Order

Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.
Refund After Cancellation
Approved cancellations are refunded in full in USD to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refuse delivery or follow the return process once the package arrives.
